6 PM SESSION. Everyone from Raphael Saadiq to Questlove to Q-Tip chipped in on the production of our favorite Solange album (her third studio effort). The Roy Ayers-inflected keyboards, Quest’s steady kick drum/snare combo, Solange’s angelic lead vocals (and harmonies) make this a go-to album whenever we’re in the mood for a thoughtful and perfect afternoon, or evening.
